RANDALL BLOHOWIAK, DC
Chiropractor & Clinical Director Randall Blohowiak, DC, or Dr. Randy to his patients, is a chiropractor at New Medical Center, serving Waupun, Wisconsin, and the surrounding area. He welcomes patients of all ages, where he values taking the time to listen to their concerns and explaining how chiropractic care can improve their overall health. In addition to extensive chiropractic experience, he’s a nutritional expert who treats the whole person. Dr. Blohowiak attended St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, where he graduated summa cum laude, receiving a Bachelor of Science with a double major in biology and chemistry. He then went to Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus in San Jose, California, where he obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and graduated as class valedictorian. After finishing an internship as a chiropractor for the San Francisco 49ers football team and obtaining his board eligibility as a chiropractic neurologist, Dr. Blohowiak moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin. He put down roots and started his career in family practice, which included having the opportunity to work with numerous Green Bay Packers players. In 2003, Dr. Blohowiak purchased Waupun Chiropractic Center – the New Medical Center – and has been treating patients there ever since. In his practice, he primarily uses the Palmer/Gonstead and diversified adjusting techniques. He’s one of a handful of doctors certified to perform manipulation under anesthesia. Dr. Blohowiak is the proud father of boy/girl twins, Pierce and Reagan. He’s married to Kimberly, who is a former Miss Wisconsin and competed in both the Miss America and Miss USA pageants. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, boating, golfing, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

SETH TYBERG, DC
Chiropractor Dr. Seth was born and raised in West Bend, WI. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with degrees in Spanish and History and later completed his chiropractic prerequisites at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in the Twin Cities where he obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He then spent the next twelve years practicing in Minnesota, where he met his wife, Nacole. They have three daughters and a fish named Bubblegum. Dr. Seth enjoys spending time with his family and being outside. He is passionate about helping others feel their best and will always work hard to make sure you get the most out of your treatment at New Medical Center.
Teresa Chouinard, APNP, FNP-BC, CWCN-AP
Teresa earned her associate degree in nursing from Moraine Park in 2004, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2008, and her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from the Chamberlain College of Nursing Family Nurse in Addison, Illinois in 2016.

Teresa earned her associate degree in nursing from Moraine Park in 2004, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2008, and her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from the Chamberlain College of Nursing Family Nurse in Addison, Illinois in 2016. Teresa has worked mainly in surgery as an RN until she found a love for occupational health. She spent 9.5 years as an APNP in occupational health and is “excited to join the team at New Medical Center and bring the most advanced integrated healthcare to the community.” Teresa was born and raised in Columbus, WI on a dairy farm. She currently resides in Waupun with her two children, fiancé and their two “fur-babies”. In their free time the family enjoys boating, fishing, traveling and spending time at the lake.
